Azure Asset Management Services Ltd t/a Azset Business Finance is an Independent Commercial Finance Brokerage and not a lender.  We are not Financial Advisors and do not provide independent financial advice and we are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.  We are registered with the Independent Commissioner’s Office, the UK’s independent regulator for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

Azure Asset Management Services Limited, t/a Azset Business Finance is an introduction agent and does not provide lending services.  We introduce businesses to potential lenders.

We may charge an arrangement fee, which is fully disclosed to you before we embark on working towards your company’s financial borrowing endeavour.  Our fee maybe payable when a lender issues a finance offer for your company which you agree to complete a drawdown on or by agreement between us and your company, payable on completion of the loan transaction with the lender, following our introduction.

We recommend seeking independent financial advice before entering into any agreement with a lender.

You acknowledge that we receive different levels of commission from lenders and that this information has been provided to you.  Your decision to proceed with a particular lender is in the knowledge of this full disclosure.

We may receive commission from lenders in addition to a possible arrangement fee paid from your company to ours.

You agree to pay our arrangement fee, through a solicitor, when acting for your company as disclosed in our fee agreement, which you sign prior to lender introduction.

We are not liable for any financial loss arising from our services. However, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Lenders will conduct their own assessment of your business, including financial information and security. Their decision to lend is final. We cannot guarantee the approval of a loan or the terms offered.
